Some of our cheeses are sourced from the Kent Cheese Company in East Brabourne near Ashford. Chaucer’s Choice Camembert and Kentish Crown, a semi-hard cheese, are both made using fresh cows’ milk from a local herd of British Friesian grazing just below the Wye Downs
