Owners Jeff Moody and Simon Peek bought Elvey Farm in 2007. Simon worked in training and development for a number of companies, before deciding to return to his roots - for a number of years, he ran a B&B in Norfolk with his mum!

Jeff worked as a reporter and presenter for ITN and the BBC, before moving to Kent to become a reporter on ITV Meridian's evening news programme. He's also a bit of a thespian - most recently starring opposite EastEnders' Nasty Nick, John Altman.

Tony Lemaitre
 Tony Lemaitre is our head chef. Originally from Brittany, Tony moved to Kent ten years ago, and has worked extensively in the area, specialising in both French and English cuisine.
Paul Benton is our Maitre D', and will look after your every need in the restaurant. He has worked in catering for many years - although his great passion is horses.
