We have just been given a special award for our Breakfast, from Quality in Tourism.
Our thanks to all our staff who work hard to make sure guests are served
such a good quality, fresh breakfast.

A full Kentish breakfast

Natural Yoghurt

Fresh fruit

Pork sausages reared at local farms
Crispy bacon from Pluckley's butcher
Eggs from local hens - fried, scrambled or poached
Tomatoes baked in the aga, seasoned wtih balsamic vinegar and sea salt
Mushrooms
Baked beans

Hot buttered toast
Jams and preserves

Freshly brewed coffee or tea from the Kent Tea & Trading Company, based in Pluckley

It's important to us that the food we serve at Elvey is as fresh and as locally sourced as possible. So the sausages and bacon are from pigs on neighbouring farms, the eggs from local hens - and the tomatoes and mushrooms are from suppliers in the village - all cooked on our Aga.
