Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 on a weekday; and between 8.30 and 10 at weekends. It's important to us that the food we serve at Elvey is as fresh and as locally sourced as possible. So the sausages and bacon are from pigs on neighbouring farms, the eggs from local hens (very often from our own hens, when they can be bothered to lay) - and the tomatoes and mushrooms are from suppliers in the next village - all cooked on our Aga.
